I had an incredible time with these little boys. They had to be some of THE sweetest, most well behaved little men I’ve ever met, plus they were all way too handsome. I had a great time getting to know B, H and M. Maybe part of why I had so much fun was because my boys are similar ages? I just love how little boys are so full of energy, always wanting to wrestle, jump or climb, yet they can be soooo sweet. Especially to their mommas. These guys gave me an awesome gift as I was getting ready to leave…cucumber and zucchini that they grew in their VERY own garden! YUM! Told you they were great boys!

I can’t believe summer is nearly over-for my boys that is-they start school next week! Good grief, I could have sworn they JUST got out last week. It’s amazing how time really does fly by.

Now is the perfect time to plan your fall or Christmas portrait session. We will be accepting appointments through November this year and will be closed in December and the first week of January. Sessions do fill quickly this time of year so I encourage you to reserve your date soon.

We will be conducting our limited Itty Bitty sessions again this fall. These sessions are much shorter then a full session and will result in 5-10 images for you to select from. Sessions will last 30 minutes and are available only on certain dates and locations in central Indiana-to be announced soon. The Itty Bitty sessions fill very quickly, so watch for the announcement on the blog and website.

I love vintage clothing and while browsing that lovely auction site, this little coat caught my eye…I thought it would be perfect for miss Bella. Sure enough!

I’m a bit slow at posting these…so I may have a bit of a backlog. Claudia sent in a photo of her adorable little girl dressed in a tutu…I love it!

…here is a picture of my daughter Hope, she will be 5 end of this month. Last Saturday I took her to the local Park where she loves to run and pretent to be a Fairy. She loves to dress up in her Tutu-dress and just run though the grass……I thought I would enter this in your Contest.

Ok…so it’s been brought to my attention that I haven’t had a contest in a while. So, here we go! We’ve been hit with some pretty rough weather here in Indiana, but this week we’re finally getting some sweet summer sunshine. Which has prompted my kiddos to head outside…they’ve been spending pretty much all of their time outside enjoying the incredible weather. And of course I’ve been joining them after work-who can resist this beautiful weather!

So…the theme of this contest is going to be your little ones enjoying the outdoors. Send me a snapshot of your child having a blast outside and tell me what their favorite thing about summer is (in their words if they are old enough). And if you are older (high school seniors, expecting moms and engaged couples…here’s your chance) send me a photo of you on your favorite vacation and tell me why it was so awesome. I had so much fun with this little lady! Little Miss P. came in for her 1 year photos and was the perfect little model with the sweetest smile and such a cute little laugh. What a doll baby!

 I love this  one! From what I hear Miss P. gets this look from her daddy.

We were a little worried about what she would think of the texture of the grass (she hadn’t sat on it yet this year), but as you can see she loved it!

Sweet Princess Sessions

Little girls, princess dreams, fancy princess dresses-they all seem to go hand in hand. As the mother of a daughter who believes she really is “Princess ‘Rella”, I know I want to remember her sweet innocence forever. As they grow from little girls to teenagers, to women, we always want our daughters to feel that they truly are princesses. I invite you to allow me to capture your daughter or granddaughter as the beautiful little princess that she really is.

We will be offering Sweet Princess Sessions for a limited number of clients. Each session will take place in early evening at an outdoor location. Princess dresses and accessories will be provided.
Each session will last 30 minutes to 1 hour and will produce a minimum of 15 images.

The Sweet Princess Sessions are 500.00, of which 400.00 will be applied to your print purchase. Sessions are limited to 10 clients and will be booked first come, first served. Call or email me to book your session today!
